Casa Oded C6PH reinterprets an existing penthouse as an elevated residential experience, where architecture opens itself to the city and reinforces its privileged position within the building. The connection with Medellín is established through expansive views from the balcony, the private nightclub, and select bedrooms, while natural light filtered through the skylight defines the interior atmosphere and shapes the character of the space.

The project was developed as a full renovation for short-term rentals, leveraging its strategic location near Provenza and Medellín’s entertainment district. CS Taller preserved the existing structure and the kitchen’s original location, fully redistributing the 200 m² apartment to create an experience-driven program that includes three spacious bedrooms.
Each with a private jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom, along with social areas, a balcony, and a fully soundproofed nightclub.
The main challenge was reorganizing the program within the constraints of the existing structure and the skylight, which corresponds to the building’s roof and established clear limits for intervention.
These conditions guided the architectural design, enabling an efficient and well-balanced layout, as well as proper acoustic separation that ensures privacy and comfort throughout the apartment.
